In some networks, depending on the active accounts policy users will come across the error message shown above.

To counter this you should install the software from the command line, following these steps:

 

1)  Copy the installer,  PLEXEARTH2-ACADR18.msi to the root directory, C:\

 

2) Open the windows command prompt, by typing "cmd" in Start -> Run and pressing ok.

3) Execute the command:  msiexec.exe /i c:\PLEXEARTH2-ACADR18.msi /qb

Plex.Earth should now be installed normally.
