Since Google Earth has an inbuilt limitation on the maximum number of the Terrain Points that ca be imported into AutoCad per session (~4,000) Plex.Earth has the mechanism to get around it by asking an user to restart Google Earth application (which restarts a session). With a default setup an user has to close and reopen Google Earth manually every time Plex.Earth requests it. I wonder if there is an option to let Autocad/Plex.Earth to restart the Google Earth without the user's input - in a fully automated fashion. Thanks in advance!

I'd also like to have this capability!
Hello Pasha,
This capability, unfortunately, is not available (yet). But I think this should be listed in the "Features Requests".
What are the maximum amount of points that you were able to import using the above method of manually shutting down and restarting Google Earth?
I was able to import more than 100,000 points, but taking into consideration that the maximum amount per GE session is about 2,500 points, I had to shut down and restart GE more than 40 times. It's a hassle and I wish it was automated.
Thanks Mike, I have managed to get to 100 000 but as you say its a bit of a mission.
Hello everyone,
version 2.5 which is available for AutoCAD 2010 - 2012 introduces a new command:
PXSETAUTOGE
that fully automates the proccess!
